Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

  • We cannot refund or replace products if damage occurs after delivery, or if goods are lost once received.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at contact@culverandcove.com with your order details.

  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • At our discretion, we may replace a defective product instead of refunding.

Purchases from Other Retailers

This policy only applies to products purchased directly from Culver & Cove (our website, markets, or direct orders). If you bought from a third-party stockist, please contact them directly.
