Shipping policy

At Culver & Cove, we’re a small business based on the Isle of Wight and we work hard to make sure your parcels are packed with care and sent out as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.

• During busy periods (like new launches or the festive season), dispatch may take a little longer – but we’ll always keep you updated.

Delivery Options (UK)

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48hr Tracked): £3.20 – estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch. Any order £3.50 and under will have the option to be sent Royal Mail 2nd class for £1.00

• Free Delivery: on all orders over £60.

• Local Pickup: If you’re based on the Isle of Wight, send us a message – we’re happy to arrange a collection point. 

International Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand to more locations in the future – sign up to our newsletter to hear when international delivery is available!

Packaging

• We use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging wherever possible.

• Every order is wrapped with care and includes a thank-you from us.

Delays & Missing Parcels

• Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and may vary due to delays beyond our control (weather, strikes, seasonal demand).

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch at contact@culverandcove.com and we’ll help resolve it.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
